Our pricing structure is static. It stays the same no matter how long it takes to fix your device. Regardless of whether it’s 45 minutes or an hour and a half, the cost remains unchanged.

  • P.1) We arrange for our technician to arrive at the time most convenient for you. You will receive a call 15 – 30 minutes before a technician arrives, meaning you don’t run the risk of missing our visit.
  • P.1.a) Kindly ensure to make all delivery payments in cash. To ensure your peace of mind, we include 3 months of labor with a 6-months warranty on parts for your appliance repair.
  • P.2) We charge a call-out fee of R 655.50, which includes VAT. For onsite repairs, the labor cost is R 345, also VAT inclusive. These amounts are non-refundable You can pay with cash / by electronic funds transfer (EFT), and we do take CARD SWIPE. Please send proof of payment to payments@macproappliances.co.za for EFT payments.
  • P.2.a) For walk-in customers to our workshop, upon job bookings, there is an assessment fee of R345 VAT inclusive. We cannot refund this amount.
  • P.6) We will sell repaired products that customers do not pay for within 30 days to cover expenses. You have paid for the call-out fee and assessment. However, you did not pay for the parts your appliance needed.
  • P.6.a) The office maintains documentation of phone calls made to you. They have tried to schedule the payment date with you, but upon the third attempt, there is no answer or response to emails.
