WARRANTY CLAIM / REFUND
We fully understand how frustrating it can be when you are dealing with a faulty unit, especially when you are unsure of where to turn for help. We have made efforts to attend to your inquiry on two or three separate occasions, but unfortunately, the unit is still not functioning as it should.
We kindly ask that you get in touch with us through our designated channels and provide your job number. Once we have your job number, we will submit it to our head office for credit authorization. Please note that this process typically takes about 3 to 7 days to be completed.
During this time, you can easily maintain contact with your store, especially after we provide you with your pre-approval number. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this process together.
